Your little one will love exploring space during Space Preschool sessions at the Saint Louis Science Center. They will build a paper rocket, create their own constellation tale, and make a moonscape as they learn about space flight, stars and our moon.
In this fun, hands-on class, preschoolers will play with shadows and learn about space through age-appropriate activities. Children must be at least 3 years old to participate.
Space is limited and reservations are required. Cost is $10 per child for three sessions; $8 per child for members.
10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Saint Louis Science Center. For reservations, call 314-289-4424. One adult per four children required.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
