From the multidisciplinary nature of Creative Arts Camp to the use of university-level facilities at Grand Theater Camp, Metro Theater Company, in collaboration with its summer camp partners, offers engaging camps all summer long.
Creative Arts Camp for Pre-K through 5th Grade: A playful summer returns! Creative Arts Camp is for campers entering Pre-K through 5th grades. Creative discovery is what it's all about as the arts disciplines blend together. Campers enjoy fun-filled days exploring drama, visual art, creative movement, and music with professional teaching artists. Children share highlights of their week each Friday afternoon for family and friends. Creative Arts Camp is a great place to make new friends, build self-confidence, and nurture imagination. Grand Theater Camp for Middle and High School Students: Two, unique weeklong sessions at Grand Theater Camp cover the fundamentals of acting, devising new work, and improvisation! Each camp experience includes opportunities to create original work and explore scripted scenes. Metro Theater Company and Saint Louis University provide a welcoming community for young actors to grow - regardless of their previous experience level. This camp consists of ensemble building, master classes (like stage combat), and scene work. Lunch is provided daily by SLU Dining. There will be a performance that highlights what was explored throughout the week for family and friends on the last day of each session. Extended care is available.

U.S. Bank Wild Lights at the Saint Louis Zoo is back for another beautifully lit season. Your family can stroll through the Zoo grounds surrounded by a million lights! Visitors will see twinkling light displays, enjoy fun photo opportunities, holiday carolers, Santa's woodland workshop, roaming entertainers, and lots more in this enchanting holiday wonderland.
More than a million lights will illuminate some of the Missouri Botanical Garden's most iconic locations, walkways will be transformed into sensory light tunnels providing an explosion of visual magic, and traditional candlelight village displays, festive drinks, s'mores and great photo opportunities will delight crowds of all ages.
Enjoy the iconic lights that adorn the Anheuser-Busch Brewery close up during walking tours. Brewery Lights features more than one million twinkling lights and lots of family friendly activities. New this year is an enhanced parade with Clydesdales and street performers, giant branded nutcrackers and interactive stage performances.
Stop in and have some fun in the indoor pool at the Lodge of Des Peres with your little one at this drop-in swim time for kids up to age 6. No pre-registration is needed; Water Waddlers is open to residents and non-residents of Des Peres.
The Saint Louis Science Center has expanded its Preschool Science Series to include new offerings for different age groups of young scientists. Storybook STEAM is for ages 3 to 5.
