Come see the Nature Playscape in Forest Park filled with books, puppets, flannel boards & flannels, and young families at Read, Play, Grow! This unique "come and go as you please" outdoor event for kids ages 0-5 and their families is designed for parents and caregivers to enjoy the simple pleasure of reading with their children while connecting with nature.

Gather at the Gateway Arch and get ready for a riverboard adventure. There will be 30 minutes of storytime followed by a free, 30-minute cruise on the Mississippi River. 

Visit the Missouri History Museum on Fridays in June and July for their Summer Family Fun Series! Enjoy a variety of free family activities, including crafts, performances, food, movement, and more! All activities are tied into Museum exhibits and St. Louis history, and focus on a different theme each week. This summer kids and families can learn about Juneteenth, celebrate America’s 250th birthday, explore Vietnamese culture in STL, and discover the wonders of the Mighty Mississippi!

Calling all Jedi! Young Padawans and their families are invited to dress up like their favorite Star Wars characters for Star Wars Night at The Magic House. Guest will enjoy an ice cream treat, participate in some out-of-this world activities and even have the opportunity to meet special characters from a galaxy far, far away! Reservations are required.

Kick off June with a popsicle party at The Magic House! Gather in the front play garden for free popsicles, hands-on fun, outdoor games and nostalgic crafts for a 90s-themed classic summer day.

Dinoroarus has returned to the Saint Louis Zoo, bringing prehistoric fun back to the Zoo for the summer. The walk-through experience features 20 animatronic attractions and sculptures situated on the Zoo's Historic Hill. The dinosaur animatronics move, roar, spit and chomp, making for a fun, all-ages experience. 

Your little one can join in on the fun new dance craze everyone is talking about – Baby Rave! Baby Rave from Metro Theater Company is the ultimate morning dance party for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their grown-ups alike. With the help of fabulous DJs, MTC has the music, snacks and good vibes covered, so you and your little ones can dance the morning away and get all your wiggles out.
