Parent-Child Workshop: Painting: All About Color
Enjoy a fun afternoon exploring color with your child at this parent and child workshop. You'll learn to mix acrylic paints and put color to canvas as you create a family masterpiece together.
Saturday, June 11, 2 to 4:30 p.m. For kids ages 4-7 with a parent or caregiver. Cost is $45.

National Get Outdoors Day at The Magic House
Play outside at The Magic House! Celebrate National Get Outdoors Day with some good old-fashioned outdoor recreation. Fresh-air fun will fill the museum's front and back yards, promoting health through movement and play.
Messy Painting Workshop
There are few things little ones love more than getting creative and messy! At this free painting workshop, kids can take part in an entertaining and messy painting session.

A-MAZE-ing Cockroaches
Kids will replicate a famous study using live cockroaches and play dough at this free workshop presented by The Butterfly House.
Kids ages 7-12 will replicate a famous study by zoologist Charles Henry Turner. Working in teams, kids will build a maze out of play dough and run live cockroaches through it.
