Experience an outdoor nature adventure with a literary twist! Chesterfield's Central Park is home to the Storybook Walk, where you can take your kids for an educational nature walk centered around a favorite children's book.

Kids ages 2-4 are invited to explore the world of invertebrates at the Butterfly House.

Enjoy hay rides, butter churning, candle dipping, blacksmithing demonstrations and rope-making demonstrations, and visit the Faust Historic Village.

Bring your family to one of the St. Louis area's best outdoor venues and enjoy the sounds of regional and national musical acts performing on stage at the Chesterfield Amphitheater.

Fabulous frogs fill the summer nights with song, and The Butterfly House is throwing a festival in their honor. Visitors to the Frog Festival can play games that celebrate the amazing things frogs can do and how we can protect them in our neighborhoods. There will be frog walks, face painting, live animal encounters and "meet & greets" with Finn the Frog. Kids will even get to take home a frog calling kit so they can join the chorus in their own back yards. 

Based on the 2018 Broadway Musical, Frozen Jr. brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage! The show features all the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production. The birthday celebration, which is included with admission to The Butterfly House, will be filled with a Story Walk, live caterpillar encounters, crafts, and meet & greets with the Very Hungry Caterpillar himself.
