Big trucks will be a big deal at The Magic House on Big Truck Day. Visitors can register to attend a Big Truck Day celebration where they can get up close and personal with a cement mixer, crane, fire truck and more.
Enjoy agricultural-themed fun at The Magic House during the Fall Farm Festival. Local farmers will be on hand to share tricks of their trade, and they'll bring along a real tractor and farm animals for kids to see up close.
On the first Friday of each month kids are invited to spend some FREE time getting fit at Fit Kid: Free Kid at The Magic House. Kids 12 and under who complete a fitness challenge upon arrival can earn free admission! Advance registration is required. This month: Home Run Health with the St. Louis Cardinals!
Kids can work on existing gym skills, learn new skills or just play around during Open Gym at Miss Kelly's Gym. Space is limited to 10 kids per session. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
Visit the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park and see a star show to experience the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere. Star shows are lead LIVE by one of the Planetarium's educators, creating a new and tailored experience for every audience.
Learn the basics of wheel throwing as a team! Work beside a family member to each create one wheel-thrown pottery piece following an instructor demonstration.
Grab a spot for Weekend Play Time by Reservation at Play Street Museum in St. Charles. Kids and families can explore the museum during these special weekend hours. Playtime will be by reservation only to limit the number of occupants in the building at one time. Play is offered in 90 minute sessions and occupancy will be limited during each session.
The Magic House is offering the opportunity to enjoy private playtime in a special exhibit area of The Magic House or MADE for Kids before opening to the public! You choose the location and up to 10 family members or friends to enjoy your private morning. Stay and play after in the rest of the museum. Reservations must be made in advance.
