The biggest brunch of the season features Santa and Fredbird of the St. Louis Cardinals! The menu covers all the bases, and families get to take home photos of their kids with Santa and Fredbird. Additional activities for kids include a face painter, balloon artist, and letters to Santa.

One Nation Celebration at the Winterfest Ice Rink

Winterfest's One Nation celebration features a day of ice skating, our beloved local sports teams and their mascots, prizes, games and some special surprise visits! Wear your favorite team's garb and enjoy local entertainment, 70,000 twinkling lights, a pop-up bar, and the Fire & Ice Family Festival from 4 to 8 p.m.

IKEA End of Summer Celebration with Fredbird

Not only will kids eat free, they'll get to meet Fredbird, visit the Enchanted Village to take pictures with princesses and superheroes and brush up on sports skills at this end-of-summer/ back-to-school event at IKEA St. Louis from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Visit the Town and Country location of Coldwell Banker Gundaker for this special open house, featuring photos with Fredbird, hot dogs, balloon animals, face painting and refreshments.

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Coldwell Banker Gundaker, 1100 Town and Country Crossing in Town and Country.

Child Safety Day

Child Safety Day in St. Louis is an opportunity for kids to learn about all kinds of safety organizations that are in the community and have fun too. Fredbird is a special guest!

At Child Safety Day, kids can learn about fire safety from the St. Louis Fire Departmetn and tour the department's Safe House. The Missouri Department of Health will be giving away free bike helmets while supplies last. The St. Louis Police Department will also be on hand with their canines to demonstrate how the dogs respond to commands.

Let's Learn About St. Louis

Bring your preschooler to a morning of storytelling and St. Louis-themed activities, including a visit with FredBird!

This free event, for ages 2 to 6 celebrates a newly published curriculum "Let's Learn About St. Louis" by The Wilson School's pre-kindergarten teacher Linda Noel. It also features local author June Herman and her book Goodnight St. Louis. Both books will be available for purchase.

Innovative Playscape TapeScape coming to The Magic House MADE for Kids
