Food Truck Friday in Tower Grove Park

It's the food truck event that started them all!  More than 20 local food trucks gather for an evening of friends, fun, live music and plenty of great food. St. Louis' favorite mobile restaurants will be dishing out fresh fare and local brews in Tower Grove Park.

Sponsored by Sauce Magazine. Composting and recycling is available on-site. Bring seating (blankets or chairs).

Cabin Fever School Daze Camp

School Daze Camps at Artscope are a great way for kids to spend their days when school is out. Kids will make fabulous art projects, explore Tower Grove Park, play games, sing songs and make new friends. 

 

Camps are for kids ages 5 to 11. Each camp has a different theme. At Cabin Fever Camp, campers will party like it's 1776! They'll learn about homesteading, log cabins, and what life was like before the internet.

 

Camps run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with before and after-care available beginning at 7:30 a.m. through 6 p.m. Cost for camp is $40 with additional for before or after-care.

Art Workshop for Kids, Teens and Families at Artscope

New for 2018! Kids, teens and families can dig a little deeper into specific art media at Artscope workshops. Artscope is now offering workshops for elementary age kids and teens, as well as one for the whole family. Workshops focus on origami, printmaking, puppetry, eco + art, 3D design, fashion, sculpture, anime, painting and more. Registration is required. Scheduled workshops include:

March 18: Origami Playset: Swan Paradise. Family workshop for ages 7 and up.

Cost is $20 per child, except for the March 18 family workshop, which is $15 - $30 per person. All workshops are held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Artscope's headquarters in Tower Grove Park. Use coupon code "awesomeorigami" and get 50% off your registration fee!

Dream-O-Matic Camp at Artscope

In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., kids will discuss their dreams for themselves and their communities, then create inventions to improve the world around us. 

Artscope's Dream-O-Matic Camp, held in beautiful Tower Grove Park (indoors in Artscope's creative castle), is for kids ages 5-11. Camp is held from 9 to 3, with extended care available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Registration is required.

Northern Lights Camp

Harvest Festival at Tower Grove Park

Join the celebration in one of St. Louis' favorite parks and help support the Tower Grove Farmers Market. Families can enjoy live music from three bands, kids' activities, 100 local vendors, food and drink trucks, yoga and more. 

Admission is $5 per person or $10 per family. Children 14 and under are free. 

8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Tower Grove Park. The Harvest Festival is a fundraiser for the Tower Grove Farmers Market.

Historic Shaw Art Fair

Located on the beautiful tree-lined parkway of Flora Place at Tower Grove Avenue, the Historic Shaw Art Fair is now in its 25th year. The urban location, food court, great music and fabulous art are all part of the visitor experience. A children's art area will feature hands-on art projects for kids. The Shaw Art Fair is held concurrently with the Missouri Botanical Garden's Best of Missouri Market, located directly across Tower Grove Avenue.
 

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8. Admission is $7 for adults and valid for both days. Children ages 14 and under are free with an adult admission. Get $1 off admission with a non-perishable food item donation.

Terror at Tower Grove Park

Have fun at the not-so-scary Terror in Tower Grove Park Halloween festival for all ages. 

Terror in Tower Grove Park includes live music, food trucks, candy for the kids, art projects by ArtScope, a costume contest, parade, a Halloween movie, s'mores and lots more.

Costumes are encouraged for everyone for this ghoulishly good time! The event is free but donations are accepted to support the park. 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Children's Concert Series at the Piper Palm House

Treat your kids to a free concert in beautiful Tower Grove Park. The Piper Palm House Children's Concert Series, taking place on Wednesdays throughout the summer, introduces kids to different musical styles.

The interactive concerts are educational, feature a different theme each week, and are a lot of fun. Concerts are held on Wednesdays June 7 - August 9.

Concerts begin at 9:30 a.m. at Piper Palm House in Tower Grove Park. Doors open at 9:15 a.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
