The Butterfly House turns 20 this year and you're invited to help celebrate the occassion. The Butterfly Birthday Bash includes games, crafts, music and a unique opportunity to help feed the insects and animals that live at The Butterfly House. More than 1,500 pounds of fruit is collected each year for the butterflies, and visitors can donate to the "Pennies for Pruduce" drive with gift cards from local grocery stores.
The Butterfly Birthday Bash will be held July 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities are included with admission and free for members of the Missouri Botanical Garden, and children 12 months and younger.
