The latest special exhibition at the Saint Louis Science Center relives the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvious and the rediscovery of the Roman city of Pompeii.

Experience must-see Boardwalk attractions including live music, face painting, a spectacular performance from Juggling Jeff, a fun photo booth, a unique sandcastle made from 75 tons of sand and an exciting scavenger hunt through The Magic House. 

Families and kids can wiggle-waggle and robot-walk with Elephant and Piggie from the books, explore the new Mo Willems exhibit, enjoy private playtime throughout The Magic House and partake in fun take-home activities. 

Grab a spot and stomp on over to make dinosaur slime! Kiddos will discover that making slime out of a few simple ingredients leads to tons of fun. 

From noon to 4 p.m. in the Museum at the Gateway Arch, visitors can earn a unique "Night Skies" patch with a National Park Service Ranger, take a selfie in the star-studded photo booth, and explore the constellations with the flight crew from the Challenger Learning Center! Nature Cat will also be at the park to celebrate National Kids to Parks Day.

Celebrate Earth Day at the Saint Louis Art Museum by creating your own work of art out of recyclable materials at this free family workshop. 

Children's activities include storytelling, arts and crafts, mask-making and educational workshops. In conjunction with the festival, the Saint Louis Zoo will have special activities focused on a different African animal each day.

Join the new Play Street Museum for an Easter Celebration on April 13. Kiddos can enjoy playtime, an Easter egg hunt, and can decorate their very own Easter Bunny house using icing and tons of Easter candy! Registration is required. 

Children in 5th grade and under are invited to hunt eggs, play games, hear the Easter story, make crafts and more at the Easter Eggstravaganza at Manchester UMC in Manchester. Registation is required.

This free Easter Egg Hunt includes face painting, bounce houses and lots of eggs to hunt. It's sponsored by the St. Charles County Fire & Rescue and the Professional Firefighters of Central County Fire and Rescue. 

Kids of all ages can hunt for more than 6,000 eggs, have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, enjoy bounce houses, balloon artists and face painting at this free egg hunt.
