The Spring Festival at Steinberg includes activities for all ages, including outdoor roller skating, kids' activities, vendors, a make-a-Mother's-Day-card station, music, contests and more in a beautiful setting in Forest Park. The Starlight Cafe will be open, and there will be local vendors as well.
Children's activities include storytelling, arts and crafts, mask-making and educational workshops. In conjunction with the festival, the Saint Louis Zoo will have special activities focused on a different African animal each day.
Enjoy learning to cast, catch fish and take fish off the hook at this Forest Park workshop for kids and adults with disabilites.
The St. Louis Audubon Society hosts this festival that includes activities for kids, bird walks, information tables, and workshops about birds in our backyards.

Science Tots is designed for children ages 18 to 36 months. The class provides opportunities to support brain development and learning. Toddlers and their grown-ups will explore STEM topics through songs, stories, hands-on exploration and play.
Meet up in Forest Park for a fun storytime followed by nature adventures! These free story times are open to children of all ages and their caregivers.
Is it time to potty train your toddler? The St. Louis County Library is offering Potty Training 101 to parents of children ages 2-3. This free workshop for parent and child includes a potty-themed storytime, and parents & caregivers will receive information to get them started on the potty training process. Attendees will also receive a potty seat, step stool, training pants and a potty-themed board book.
Your child is old enough to start kindergarten, are they ready? Are you? At this special presentation, both you and your child will get a brief overview of what is expected before your child even enters the classroom. You'll also receive a free backpack and school supplies. Registration is required.
