Cake Adventure Camp

The Sweetology cake decorating camps are filled with fun, sprinkled with creativity and topped with satisfied smiles! Campers learn the basics of cake decorating: making buttercream frosting, basic design elements, how to frost a cake, cake decorating tools and uses, piping basic borders and designs, and working with fondant. We'll also explore playing with food to create some delicious edible art projects, play games and enjoy some tasty samples. No previous decorating experience is required. This camp is open to children ages 6-13. Camp Taum Sauk is located along the beautiful Black River in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Founded in 1946, Camp Taum Sauk has been owned and managed since 1958 by the Smith family who have applied their years of experience to developing a unique summer camp with a strong concern for safety and an emphasis on individual attention. A full range of activities including horseback riding, waterfront, caving, biking, ropes course, zip wire, and creative arts. Camp Taum Sauk accommodates 60 boys and 60 girls with sessions ranging from one week to eight weeks. Read More
