All of The Children's Community camps meet on our beautiful, expansive, 17-acre campus in Fenton that features forests, fields, gardens, trails, a hobby farm with barnyard, and an adventure playground, all in a warm, inclusive, and affirming culture.
Enjoy live music, performance art, local food. a climbing wall, and hands-on activities for the whole family, as well as artists, aerial performers, educational exhibitors, diverse cuisine featuring local, organic, vegetarian and vegan options and more. Please bring your own bag to collect vendor information.
Celebrate eagles from around the world at World Eagle Day. Learn more about these majestic creatures as well as fun raptor facts with presentations from World Bird Sanctuary naturalists throughout the day.
Camp STLAG allows students to take art classes that develop their abilities and imagination as they push themselves beyond what they knew they were capable of achieving! This summer campers will explore new mediums and find their creativity in fast-paced 5-day sessions. Camp STLAG runs across 6 weeks through June and July! Camps are divided into three age groups, Budding Artists (ages 6-9), Young Artists (ages 10-13), and Teen Intensives (ages 14-18). Before- and after-care is available.

The St. Louis African Arts Festival, held in Forest Park, celebrates the rich and diverse cultures of Africa and African people. Children's activities include storytelling, arts and crafts, mask-making and educational workshops. In conjunction with the festival, the Saint Louis Zoo will have special activities focused on a different African animal each day.
There are more than strawberries (but plenty of those too) at this festival! Kids can enjoy carnival rides, a petting farm, pony rides, the children's play area and lots more.
See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
Come face-to-face with mermaids at the St. Louis Aquarium during Mermaids on the Mississippi. Mermaids will swim the aquarium, and dive in shark canyon with the sharks, rays, sea turtles and other underwater creatures.
